Better traction on the floor – Slip resistance class R11

Our OBTEGO Concrete Coat Si system currently offers a real highlight. While the product already provides good slip resistance (Class R10) on standard concrete floors as standard, we have now received official certification for the even safer Class R11. We achieved this increase in safety by adding our OBTEGO Concrete Coat Si AntiSlip Agent. The product was tested in accordance with the current DIN EN 16165 standard, which precisely defines the slip resistance required for floors in work areas or public buildings.

The key feature here is the significantly increased coefficient of static friction: Unlike many standard coatings, which often leave the floor surface slippery, our system ensures that the surface remains grippy. For you, this means: Your shoes maintain a firm grip even in wet conditions, the risk of accidents is reduced, and you’re on the safe side when it comes to building inspections.
