OBTEGO AI Is Getting Even Faster: New Quick Chips in Chat

With the latest update, OBTEGO AI makes communicating via chat even easier. Three new quick access options and intelligent follow-up questions now guide you even more effectively to the right answer.

For many of our customers, OBTEGO AI has long been an indispensable tool when it comes to questions about surface protection, products, and applications. To help you resolve your inquiries even faster in the future, we’ve added three new quick access options to the chat window: “Order,” “My Product,” and “Top Questions.”

“Order” takes you directly to your order request without having to write out a long message first. “My Product” takes you straight to information about the OBTEGO product you’re using. And under “Top Questions,” you’ll find the questions we receive most frequently, along with the corresponding answers. One click is all it takes, and the conversation starts exactly where you need it to.

Another new feature is that after each answer, the OBTEGO AI suggests a relevant follow-up question as a Quick Chip. This helps you stay in the flow of the conversation, discover aspects you may not have even considered yet, and reach your goal faster with less typing.
